The National Association of REALTORS released sales data for February 2008 today and the  report is the first encouraging  bit of news in a number of months.   Even the national broadcast networks couldn’t help but report this information as a positive.  

Remember – in case you haven’t read our most recent posts – your local market conditions will vary but the  Midwest  was reported  up 2.5%.  The Dayton area  statistics should be available  soon and if the activity at Keller Williams Advantage Real Estate and Wagner Realty Group is any indication, our local numbers should reflect the shift.
